You know and love Crocs for their innovative footwear. When the brand was gearing up to launch a campaign around their new Getaway Sandals, they turned to The Digital Dept.’s Brand Strategy team to strategize and execute a 360-degree influencer campaign.
Our Strategy For Crocs
We crafted a multi-faceted approach that would engage content creators through social media and event content, with both paid and organic gifting to supplement our efforts.
First, our team organized an influencer brunch in Hollywood to celebrate the launch of the new collection. 23 chic attendees joined us and Crocs on the rooftop of The London Hotel for a stunning cloud-themed brunch, all themed around the idea that the Crocs sandals feel like walking on a cloud.
We also organized an organic product seeding program. Our team put together custom mailers featuring the Crocs Getaway Sandals along with a carry-on suitcase, sleeping mask, and other travel goodies to get recipients in the getaway spirit. The creative mailer resulted in plenty of organic posts on social.
Following our brunch, we launched a social campaign that activated creators on TikTok and Instagram. These creators further showcased their new Crocs footwear and continued to drive the conversation around the new launch online.
The Results
The Q2 program ran from April to June 2024. Our efforts resulted in:

- 3.9 million+ viewers reached
- 248,000+ engagements
- 13,000+ link clicks
