Raele is a Certified Communication & Social Coach in the New York/New Jersey area and the founder of Well With Raele Coaching. She has always enjoyed connecting with others and has turned that passion into a massive online following (@wellwithraele) and thriving coaching career. Known for her practical tips and quick delivery, Raele helps her audience set and maintain healthy boundaries, navigate difficult conversations with confidence, reduce people-pleasing and over-explaining, and improve social, professional, and interpersonal communication skills.
She studied Marketing at Pace University and held marketing roles in various industries, but found a renewed sense of purpose upon discovering the world of coaching. She obtained her coaching certification from the Coach Training Alliance, an ICF-accredited program, and a 2nd certification in communication coaching in 2025. She is also a mom to two beautiful boys and a beauty & skincare enthusiast who loves sharing her favorite products and tips!
